*Adults Class*
The adults’ class includes students 18 years of age and older. All training sessions begin with group warm-ups and stretching exercises to help improve physical conditioning as well as performance. Our 60+ years of experience provide our students with an established effective training program and the highest level of safety and attention. Only trained and certified instructors that come from within our school may teach; and manageable class sizes allow each student to receive personal attention. *Teens Class*
This class includes students from 13 years of age through 17 years of age. This class is a perfect blend between our children’s class and our adult class. The internal growth of this age groups is still a priority but there is a stronger focus on self-defense and a physical workout.
A great deal of focus is still placed on threat awareness and prevention, self-confidence/self-esteem, respect, discipline, and other virtues learned and developed through our benefits found only in these ancient arts. *Kids Class*
The children’s class includes students 7 to 12 years of age. This age group is still working on developing good coordination skills and many of the drills we teach are aimed at doing just that.
While self-defense techniques are certainly covered, the emphasis is on awareness and prevention. The most valuable benefits of studying with us, however, are the intangibles: the self-confidence, respect, discipline, and other virtues learned and developed through the arts have far-reaching impact.
